Motivating and progressive setting. Be a part of a community of people who value strength and a healthy life style. Requirements to take class: You must have completed at least 10 – Rebel Fit group classes.

Every heard of "text neck?"  It's seriously a thing. While stretching has its benefits, that is just one tool, in a large tool box to help you reclaim full ranges of motion in and do so pain free. Our Rebel Mobility class is taught in an open gym setting and covers everything from foam rolling to stretching to help you get moving better. This science has had the biggest change on fitness over the past 5 years, drop in and see why. Requirements to take class: None. Simply drop into the class you would like to take.

Rebel FP personal training begins with the development of a program designed to fit your unique goals and situation. Your trainer will then be with you during every session providing expert guidance and immediate feedback.
