What to expect out of your Private Training Orientation.
Your orientation will be a chance for you and your trainer to begin to shape what your program will look like.
You will have a chance to share what you're looking to accomplish, what has and hasn't worked in the past, any concerns that you may have and how quickly you would like to accomplish your goals.
You will learn what the foundation of your training program will look like. What to expect during your training and strategies to get the most benefit.
Depending on how deep you end up going on that part, your trainer may get you on the workout floor to collect baseline assessments. Through this they will get an understading of where your current fitness levels are, any imbalances that we can optimize the program for and your motivational style. Make sure to wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
After this 30-50 minute orientation, you should have a good understanding of what you are going to accomplish, how we are going to help you get there and what the first steps will be.
