New Year’s provides us a great opportunity to reflect on the prior year and set or intention for the year to come. It's easy to put off starting for one reason or another but the start of a new year gives you a set time to begin. I’m sure it comes as no surprise that fitness goals rank among the most common resolutions. OPTION 1:

USE THE 3 SESSIONS TO HAVE ONE OF OUR TRAINERS DEVELOP AND TAKE YOU THROUGH WORKOUTS DESIGNED FOR YOUR GOALS. WE WILL HELP YOU GET STARTED, ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND WRAP UP YOUR SESSIONS WITH A FEW WORKOUTS THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE TO MASTER. 

OPTION 2:

USE THE 3 SESSIONS TO GET A FEEL WITH THE FORM AND STYLE OF MOVEMENTS USED IN GROUP CLASSES. THIS PROVIDES YOU A PRIVATE ENVIRONMENT, UNDER THE EXPERT GUIDANCE OF YOUR TRAINER, TO GET COMFORTABLE WITH THE MOVEMENTS BEFORE ENTERING THE GROUP SETTING.

OPTION 3:

USE THE 3 SESSIONS TO BEGIN YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM. WE PARTNER WITH YOU TO DESIGN A PROGRAM TO MEET YOUR UNIQUE NEED AND THEN PROVIDE YOU WITH THE MOTIVATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND EXPERT GUIDANCE TO GET IT DONE. AS YOU PROGRESS, YOUR TRAINER WILL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY TWEAKS TO KEEP YOUR INLINE WITH YOUR GOAL.  THESE SESSIONS WILL GIVE YOU A FEEL FOR WHAT TO EXPECT OUT OF PERSONAL TRAINING AND WILL ROLL SEAMLESSLY INTO YOUR PROGRAM!
