Group Classes

STEP 1:

Use the link below to set up your account with us and claim your free class.

 

STEP 2:

Check our schedule for the Rebel Fit or Rebel Mobility class that you would like to take. 

 

STEP 3:

Come into that class 5-10 minutes before it starts. 

 

 

STEP 4: 

Your trainer will introduce you to how our classes run and answer any questions you may have. This is also a good time to tell your trainer about any injuries or concerns that you may have.

 

 

STEP 5:

Take the class! Work hard, have fun and get to know some of our community!

Personal Training

STEP 1:

Use the Form below to Schedule your complimentary fitness orientation. Please include your ideal days to meet.

STEP 2:

One of our trainers will reach out to you using the provided phone or email to schedule your orientation.

STEP 3:

Show Up for your orientation! There is parking on both sides of the gym. If your a bit early and your trainer is still with a client we have couches that you're welcome to sit on while you wait. 

STEP 4:

During your orientation, you will discuss your goals, what has and hasn't worked for you in the past and begin to develop your program with your trainer. Depending on what needs to be covered, your trainer may get you onto the workout floor. Make sure to wear clothes and shoes that you feel comfortable moving around in, just incase.  Orientations typically last 30-50 minutes.

STEP 5:

Schedule your first personal training session with your trainer and get ready to start seeing results!
