How to get Started.

Simply show up to any of the Rebel Fit classes 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 

Before your first class your trainer will:

  • introduce you to the gym
  • answer any questions that you may have
  • Learn about any injuries or other issues you may have

During your first class your trainer will:

  • Teach you the foundational movement patterns used in classes. 
  • Provide a group introduction for each part of the class.
  • Provide you with the necessary modifications, progressions or regressions as you go. 
  • Provide motivation and encouragement. 

After Class

  • Discuss an questions that came up with your trainer.
  • Get shown how to work on any mobility issues that may have come up during class.
  • If you're ready for more, sign up for the 2 week intro!
