We strive to provide you with all of the perks of group fitness while taking out the pitfalls. You won’t get lost in the crowd, be subject to unpredictable weather of outdoor boot camps, or be taught dangerous form so that you can just “get through it.” We pride ourselves in bringing the same knowledge and passion that we put into our personal training. For some this becomes an added part to their existing program. Others this is the base of their training. No matter what reason you step into a class; you will sweat, you will move (a lot) and you will walk out of here better than when you walked in.
